SWIFT version 7.0 upgrade
If you use SWIFT take note, all SWIFT customers are required to upgrade their SWIFT interfaces to the new SWIFT version 7.0 before the end of March 2012, where after SWIFT will no longer support release 6 interfaces.
The first mandatory release since 2007, this upgrade will impact both SWIFTNet messaging and connectivity through Alliance and third-party interfaces. Furthermore, the release addresses new functionality requested by customers and aligns with new technology and messaging features.
Inclusive of innovative new features and powerful new tools to reduce costs and risks, improve efficiency and increase flexibility - release 7.0 is aimed at providing organisations with a platform that will evolve with their business needs.
Through BankservAfrica’s SWIFT service bureau, Fin-X, you can upgrade easily and efficiently as Fin-X’s trained staff will come to your organisation to upgrade, install SWIFT version 7.0. and provide onsite training.
Installation and upgrade services are as below:
- Modules: SWIFTAlliance Access / Entry, SWIFTAlliance Web platform, SWIFTAlliance Gateway
- Training: Both practical and theoretical
